Natalia Melnyk’s biography
Natalia was born in Polissia. She lives in Volodymyrets, Varash district, Rivne region. Her poems and articles were published in the newspapers 'Volodymyrets Herald', 'Polissia Herald', and literary almanacs: "Symphony of Summer'', ''Flash'', ''Alexandria Lighthouse'', ''Scythia'', ''Dawn of the Word'', ''Evshan'', ''Yasnytsia'', and ''Word''. In 2025, the collection ''Flowers of the Sun'' was published.
Violets
These delicate and fragrant flowers
Would bloom in my yard for long hours,
And petals white, just like the snow,
Would fall on greenest leaves that grow.
These violets are so inviting,
They're fair, alluring, like the spring,
So I bend down to keep inhaling
The rich aroma that will ring.
Small drops of rain, grey clouds are falling,
And beauty beckons; in my eyes,
There's magic light that keeps on calling...
This spring I will idealize...
