We trust you and believe you will treat other users, their views, experiences, and information in publications and comments with respect. Please follow the rules and general provisions in this document. Every community member is responsible for complying with these standards.

If you have questions, contact us in the bot. Answers about the information we collect from users are available in our Privacy Policy.

In this document, Content means any material in your publication or account that you provide when completing your profile, writing texts or comments, or performing any other action on the platform.

Drukarnia reserves the right to remove content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others and to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate our Rules and Provisions.

Your account and responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.

You are responsible for your use of the service and for any content you publish. Publications may be protected by the intellectual property rights of others. Do not copy, upload, or share content written by others unless you have the necessary rights.

Protect your account password and do not share it with others.

Moderation

Our platform values freedom of expression. We therefore established the following rules for moderating publications on Drukarnia:

  1. Our platform has no pre-moderation. Text is not reviewed or approved by a moderator before publication.

  2. When other users report a publication, a moderator will review it to determine whether it complies with the Platform Rules.

  3. If a moderator determines that content violates the Platform Rules, they may restrict user access to that content.

Copyright and plagiarism policy

Users must own the copyright to content they publish on Drukarnia or have permission to publish it. Adding a source link does not establish ownership. When a copyright complaint is substantiated, Drukarnia may remove content considered plagiarism.

This also includes displaying and distributing the name and username specified in your account.

We may share an attributed excerpt linking to the full work or create attributed derivative collections such as lists of notable authors or quotes. These rights apply only within our platform and official related accounts.

Disclaimer

The Drukarnia team is committed to providing users with quality service, but there are things we cannot guarantee.

The content published on the platform is not pre-moderated and is provided "as is" without changes and administration intervention, therefore we cannot provide any guarantees regarding the suitability of the content for a certain purpose, property rights and the absence of violations of our rules. In addition, we are not responsible for any content posted by users on the Platform and we do not guarantee its truthfulness, accuracy, reliability or error-freeness. Bots, Scraping and Reverse engineering

Scraping, reverse engineering and any bot access is prohibited on the Drukarnia platform.

Scraping is the process of automatically collecting data from a website for further use. Reverse engineering is the analysis of software in order to understand how it works and develop new products based on it.

The use of these methods on the Drukarnia platform may have consequences ranging from a ban on using the platform to legal consequences for copyright and data privacy violations. Also, access to the platform may be limited or completely blocked.

Relevance of topics to longread content

When you add longread to the platform, you should specify topics that best reflect the content of your article. Topics (tags) are keywords or phrases that help users find your longread through search on the platform, as well as in the recommendation feed.

The author bears full responsibility for the use of topics that correspond to the content of longread. Don't use topics that have nothing to do with the content. For example, do not use the theme "War in Ukraine" in a review of a game that does not mention the war in any way.

Try to put the most relevant topics to your post, because the wrong topics can cause your longread not to be seen by the target audience. Also, using the wrong subject line can lead to a lot of complaints from readers. In this case, the site administration has the right to delete topics that do not correspond to the content of longread. We remind you that it is impossible to add new topics after publication.

Adding a longread from a personal site or other blog

On Drukarnia, it is allowed to add author's longreads that have already been published on your own site or another platform. However, in this case, it is necessary to specify the canonical link to the original when publishing a longread in the appropriate field.

A canonical link is a link that points to the original version of the content. This allows you to avoid the problem of duplication of content and improve the SEO indicators of your site.

Please note that specifying a canonical link is only required if you are publishing a longread that has already been published on your own site or another platform. This does not apply to links to social media posts that are not ranked by Google. If the content is original and has not been published before, you do not need to provide a canonical link.

By keeping this rule, you will be able to add your previously published longreads to Drukarnia without breaking the rules of the platform.

By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. These rules do not create any contractual obligations for us. Also, we can make changes to these rules at any time. We believe they are necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all our users, and we ask all our users to respect and abide by these rules.
