The vehicle offers deserve a look before you spend anything. Agency properties, upgrades and modifications get a 40 percent reduction, making this rotation useful if you've been putting off that purchase. The same saving covers several Halloween rides. Drivers get the same boost in the San Andreas Super Sport Series, Hotring Races, Random Transform Races and Community Race Series. The Annis Savestra is the Diamond Casino podium vehicle, while the Vapid Walton L35 requires a little planning: finish in the top four of an LS Car Meet Series race on two consecutive days. The Terminal hosts the HSW Time Trial for eligible upgraded vehicles.
