Both versions have the same 40 kg/m³ PUF core, Galvalume AZ70/PPGL sheets with multi-coat finish (20 µ primer and top coat, 10 µ back coat, IS 15965 / ISO 16163), six-ridge profile with 30 mm crest, 1.00 m chargeable width, RAL9002 Off-White colour and plain lamination, cut to order. A full 32 ft container carries about 1,190 sqm of 30 mm roof panel at 32 ft length, the most of any panel in the range.
What a thin PUF panel is for
A 30 mm panel is an insulated roofing sheet. It keeps sun and rain out, takes the edge off the heat under the roof, and stiffens the roof more than a plain sheet does, at the lowest price per sqm and the most sqm per truck. Sheds, workshops, open-sided storage and site buildings are its territory.
And where it is not enough
Two things 30 mm does not do. It is not a cold-store panel: the foam depth that holds a temperature against the outside air is at the other end of the range, 80 and 100 mm. And it is the shallowest beam in the range, so it spans the least between purlins; the designer sets the spacing.

The 50 mm panel cost ₹ 158 per sqm more that day and takes about 370 sqm fewer per truck. Whether the extra foam earns its keep is a question about the building, not the panel.
